This is the style guide for all pages on the wiki.

Article titles, sections, and headings

Article titles

  • Capitalize the first letter of the title, section, or heading.
  • Use sentence case for titles—not title case—unless it falls under a capitalization exception. (See: Isekai wiki:Manual of Style#Capital letters)
  • Page titles (and other content) that require special characters which may interfere with wiki syntax should use visually similar Unicode alternatives instead. The rest of the page may retain the original characters as they appear in-game. Use the following substitutions in page titles in order to ensure proper link formatting and prevent unintended behavior in wiki markup, while preserving visual fidelity to the original names:

Section organization

The lead section should either contain an item's description or a character's bio. Infoboxes, images, and other related content in the lead section must be right-aligned.

  • In-game typos should be preserved for accuracy. To indicate that the error is intentional and not a mistake on the wiki's part, tag it with Template:IGE (in-game error).

Capital letters

In general, casing should reflect how it appears in-game. This includes story chapters, events, item names/descriptions, and player titles.

The following terms should always be capitalized to match in-game usage:

  • Game mechanics: Aptitude, Blessing Power (See also: Blessing Points), "Fellow Power" / "Power", Intimacy, rarities like "SSR" and "UR" (but not the term "Rarity" itself)
  • Item and character types: Artifact(s), Family member(s), Fellow(s), Figure(s), Transcender(s)
  • Locations: Guild(s), Museum, Storage, Village

On the other hand, the following terms should not be capitalized unless they fall under the exceptions above:

  • costume(s)
  • earnings (An exception is the term "Building Earnings", which should be in title case.)
  • exhibit(s)

⚠️ Note: Although it’s usually fine to mirror in-game casing, an exception applies to racial terms like "Canine kemonomimi". These should be written in sentence case—even if the game uses title case (e.g., "Canine Kemonomimi")—to reflect the style of real-world scientific names.

Media files

Galleries

For characters:
Only the most relevant images should be included in the gallery. All other related images should be placed in the character's image category, which should be linked above the gallery. (Example: Category:Fifi images)

For items:
All relevant images may be included in the gallery. Creating a dedicated image category for individual items is not necessary.
